Augusta Miller obtained a BA from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Sydney. Working in documentary, feature, short film and TV in lots of disciplines, she is also uses her skills for activism, mostly in animal welfare producing work condemning the ivory trade in Australia, and rhino poaching overseas. Her documentary and short film work has screened at film festivals across the world, with 'The Animal Condition' earning a nomination of Best Documentary by the Film Critics Circle of Australia.
