Carl Paul Maria Romme (Oirschot, 21 December 1896 – Tilburg, 16 October 1980) was a Dutch lawyer, legal scholar and politician. He was the leader of the KVP, which, together with Drees's PvdA, dominated Dutch politics in the post-war years.
