Footwork Our Spirit

"Footwork Our Spirit" is a documentary film about healing through Chicago Footwork dance & how Black, Indigenous, & Latin communities have affected & are interlinked through the culture. The film studies the roots of Chicago Footwork through a Queer POC & Indigenous lens while relating Indigenous beliefs (i.e. - Yaqui deer dance/ania) to spiritual healing through Chicago Footwork.
