Hitozuma hizamakura: Oku made hojitte

After finishing overtime at work, Maruko visits his usual brothel, but his reservation is canceled because he is late. Frustrated, Maruko wanders the streets and happens to stumble upon an ear-cleaning shop where he meets Shirai, a married woman.
