When a government subsidy, the Resource Recompense Agency (RRA), takes control of a project area in Arkansas, two young women, Rae and Dawn, will try to escape in search of a safer place. Watching the sunrise over empty highways, rummaging through abandoned houses, and camping under the stars, Rae and Dawn must continue their journey despite the ghosts of their pasts and without certainty of their futures.
