Whisper

In a foreign country, a young woman reunites with her friend at a cafe adhering to the laws that prohibit loud speaking. As efforts to comply with the law unfold, her cellphone disrupts the "peace" with a sudden loud ring. Despite her attempts to silence it, state officers expel her from the cafe.
